About Agapé Missions

Agapé Missions is a non-profit organisation established to provide mission support to Christian Church's and Organisations here in Ireland.

It’s a Cross-Atlantic partnership between the organisation of Agapé Missions, an established Christian Church network in Ireland, and any Christian Churches or groups in the USA with an Interest to visiting Ireland for the purpose of mission.....and some Irish fun! or, as we say in Ireland; 'Craic'!

Agapé Missions was established by Seán Murphy. Seán leads New Hope Christian Fellowship, a small Christian community located in the heart of the beautiful South East of Ireland. Together with a strong team of accomplished, experienced and seasoned mission experts, Seán also continues as the CEO of Agapé Adventures. A global non-profit organisation with its heart in Ireland and its arms around the world. Agapé Adventures is an organization specializing in overseas mission and volunteering in areas including sustainable community development, humanitarian efforts, education, and conservation.

Agapé Missions is focused on spreading the Word of God… the message about Jesus, here in Ireland, through various local projects, Sport Camps, Adventure Camps and local Community Development Initiatives.

We believe in God the Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that he was crucified for our sins, died and rose again so that all who believe in him shall have eternal life.

It is our desire to spread this message of hope to all who do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, that others may have the same peace we are so privileged to experience.

Make a lasting impact in Ireland.

On a mission trip, you’ll meet and serve some of the most challenging communities in the country. Your mission priority during your trip is to engage local people. Share your story and journey to faith, and tell them about the Love of Jesus Christ. Or, if your more inclined towards more practical assistance, demonstrate the Love of Jesus by lending a hand in a practical assignment, or simply offer your unique talents to the benefit of others. It's the chance to share your experiences, your testimony, and sharing the importance of seeking faith to the people you meet.

Our short-term mission trips also give participants a chance to discover a deeper knowledge of themselves. Through arranged programme involvement in unfamiliar places, the volunteers foster community, teamwork, and servant leadership, as well as learn through on-the-ground moments about the world beyond their own community.

We handle everything! The mission team here at Agapé Missions will work closely with your Church, Mission Director, Pastor and your Church Coordinators to arrange your entire team trip. From pre-departure training, travel logistics, culture training, accommodation, sight-seeing and tourism plans, and so much more, you will have an experience that will last a lifetime, while making a lasting impact on those you meet along the way.

Unexpected kindness is the most powerful, least costly, and most underrated agent of human change.

The Philosophy That Drives Us

Mission visits to Ireland from the USA provide a unique power to unite people. It's a force for amazing change and a driving force behind community development and integration. It brings excitement, joy and passion into lives which are full of challenge and heartache. Visiting Ireland as part of a team is not only good for the physical heart, it's great for the heart of compassion too, and through the response heard by your church or group, whose team will complement ongoing efforts, together we will be able to show the compassion and love of Jesus Christ to communities in need in a very practical and positive way.

A divided world needs a united church, where people are not discriminated against or judged; but everyone is loved, accepted and welcomed.
